Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or delivered, unless:
The item was damaged during transit
You received the wrong product
In such cases, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by writing to us at support@maaranfoods.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds or Replacements
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:
We will either issue a full refund to your original payment method OR
Send a replacement product, as per your preference
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side (damaged or wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Opened or partially used products
Products returned without prior approval
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
