Thank you for shopping at Maaran Food Products. We strive to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition.

1. Return Eligibility

5-Day Return Window:
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue at the time of unboxing.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders returned after 5 days of delivery

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and supporting images/videos.

Once the returned product is received (if applicable), our team will inspect it to verify the claim.

Inspection Timeline:
Returns will be approved or rejected within 2 business days of receiving the item.

You will be notified via email or phone regarding the status of your return.

If any damaged / defective/ replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Refund will credited to their original payment method within 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
